Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Strawberry Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pretzels, crushed, 1 stick butter, melted, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 8 oz. carton cool whip, thawed and 1 large box strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Make crust by mixing pretzels, pecans, butter and sugar.
Press mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, remove from oven and let cool.
Mix cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar.
Spread on cooled crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Mix boiling water and Jello; add strawberries to Jello, stir well and pour on top of cream cheese.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
