Strawberry-Pretzel Salad
Strawberry-Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pretzels, crushed, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, melted, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and melted margarine together and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 10 minutes.
Let cool.
Cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and topping together.
Spread on cooled pretzel layer. Dissolve Jell-O boiling water; strawberries, let partially set.
When Jell-O mixture is partially firm, spread on top of cheese layer and chill thoroughly.
