Mix pretzels, melted butter and 2 teaspoons sugar.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 400Β° for exactly 8 minutes.
Set aside.
Beat sugar into cream cheese and stir in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled pretzel mix.
Dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water.
Add strawberries and mix.
Let stand until beginning to gel.
