Melt margarine and brown sugar.
Add pretzels and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 3 to 5 minutes.
Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese together.
Add whipped topping and mix well.
Spread over pretzel mix cooled.
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water and add frozen strawberries.
Stir until strawberries are separated.
Pour over cream mixture and chill until firm.
