Strawberry-Pretzel Dessert
Strawberry-Pretzel Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. melted butter, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 c. crushed pretzels, 1 c. sugar and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine butter with 3 tablespoons sugar and pretzels.
Press onto bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes; let cool.
Cream 1 cup sugar with cream cheese; add 1 small container Cool Whip.
Spread over cooled pretzel mixture.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add frozen strawberries.
Pour over cream cheese layer.
Chill.
Top with dollops of Cool Whip, if desired.
