Spread sugar cookie pizza pan or 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar.
Spread mixture on top of sugar cookie. Mix strawberries and glaze together. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Chill.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
