Strawberry Pineapple Mold
Strawberry Pineapple Mold is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 1/2 c. syrup (from pineapple), 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 3/4 c. strawberries and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in pineapple syrup.
Add water to make 1 1/2 cups.
Stir in lemon juice.
Chill until thick.
Halve berries and 1 cup pineapple chunks to mixture, then chill until firm.
Dissolve lemon Jell-O in water.
Add lemon juice and salt. Cool and blend in sieved cottage cheese.
Whip cream and fold in with walnuts.
Put on top of layer.
Fill center with berries and rest of pineapple chunks.
