Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. cornstarch, 1 pkg. strawberry jello and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and salt until clear.
Remove from heat and add jello and a little red food coloring.
Let cool; slice in one quart of strawberries (after being washed!) into cooled liquid.
Pour into baked pie crust.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
