Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 qt. strawberries, washed, capped and drained, 1 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 3 level tbsp. cornstarch and 3 level tbsp. strawberry jello mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil water.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and strawberry mix and slowly add dry ingredients into boiling water so as not to become lumpy.
Boil for 3 minutes until bright red.
Let stand until cool while slicing strawberries in cooled pie shell.
Then pour cooled filling over strawberries and place in refrigerator.
Serve with whipped cream.
