Strawberry Pie
Fresh whole strawberries suspended in a glossy jelled glaze, piled into a flaky pie shell. Bright, jammy, and unmistakably summery without being cloying.

Combine Jell-O, cornstarch and sugar.
Mix well.
Add water. Stir.
Bring to boil.
Continue cooking and stirring until clear. Let cool.
Put strawberries in pie shell.
Pour on glaze and put into refrigerator until served.
