Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 c. sugar, 4 tsp. cornstarch and 1 container whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fill crust with strawberries and make filling with remaining ingredients.
Combine water, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Bring to a boil and add gelatin.
Boil 1 minute.
Cool and pour over strawberries.
Chill for 3 hours.
Top with whipped topping and garnish with remaining strawberries.
