Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. strawberries, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 envelope knox gelatin and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Crush 1/2 berries.
Add sugar and cornstarch.
Dissolve gelatin in lemon juice and cook over low heat until thick and transparent.
Quarter remaining berries and fold into cooled mixture.
Spoon into baked pie shell and top with whipped cream.
