Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water plus 1/2 c., 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 tbsp. strawberry jello and strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup water; add 1 cup water to sugar. Add cornstarch and water to sugar and water mixture.
Boil until thickened.
Add jello; cook until boiling.
Beat well.
Put in refrigerator to cool. When cool, add strawberries.
Pour into pie shell.
Keep in refrigerator.
