Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cooked pie crust, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. water and 1 c. mashed strawberries, 1 qt. strawberries (2 little baskets), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix cornstarch and sugar.
Add strawberries to water and sugar.
Cook until thick and clear.
Stir in 2 to 3 drops food coloring.
Stir in rest of strawberries (don't add water) into pie crust.
Chill 3 hours and top with whipped cream.
