Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes strawberries, 2 c. water, 1 small pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 c. sugar and 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Add water, cornstarch and sugar together and cook until thick. Then add Jell-O.
Set aside until cool and slightly jelled. Put into refrigerator until cold.
Then add sliced strawberries. Pour into a baked pie shell.
Makes one large or two small pies.
