Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. cornstarch, 1 regular box strawberry jello and 1 1/2 qt. strawberries (approximately), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and clear.
Add dry jello.
Cool completely.
Slice strawberries and fold into jello mixture.
Put in favorite pie crust.
Top with Cool Whip. Makes two pies.
