Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. strawberries, crushed, 1 c. water, 3/4 c. sugar and 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In saucepan, bring to boil 1 cup berries and water; simmer 2 minutes.
Sieve berry mixture.
Add sugar and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Spread 1/4 cup glaze on bottom and sides of baked pie shell.
Mix 5 cups strawberries with remaining glaze.
Pour into greased pie shell.
Chill 3 hours.
Top with whipped cream.
