Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. oil, 2 tbsp. milk and 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix first 5 ingredients (for the crust) in a 9-inch pie pan and shape by hand.
Bake at 450Β° about 5 minutes or until lightly brown.
Mix next five ingredients (for the filling) together, and boil until thick and clear.
Add 2 to 3 drops red food coloring and 2 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O.
Allow filling to cool; then mix with strawberries.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Refrigerate until serving time.
This is best served the same day.
Top with Cool Whip.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
