Strawberry Pie
Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. coconut, toasted, 1/3 c. butter, melted, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand milk and 2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine coconut and butter; press firmly on bottom and sides of pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk.
Stir in pureed strawberries and lemon.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into crust.
Freeze 4 hours.
