Strawberry-Nut Salad
Strawberry-Nut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen strawberries or fresh sliced, 1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 3 medium bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add strawberries with juice, drained pineapple, bananas and nuts.
Put 1/2 of mixture in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass dish and refrigerate until set enough to spread sour cream over mixture.
Then gently spread the balance of strawberry mixture over sour cream and refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving or longer.
