Strawberry Nut Salad
Strawberry Nut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 small cartons sour cream, 1 c. boiling water and 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, thawed strawberries, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Add strawberries with juice, pineapple and nuts.
Put 1/2 mixture in 13 x 9-inch glass dish and refrigerate until firm.
When congealed, spread sour cream over top and pour balance of the gelatin mixture over all and refrigerate again until firm.
