Strawberry-Nut Salad
Strawberry-Nut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 c. hot water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, 1 pt. sour cream and 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine Jell-O and hot water.
Fold in strawberries with juice from pineapple.
Add drained pineapple, bananas and nuts all at once.
Pour 1/2 of mixture (3 cups) into a 12 x 8-inch dish. Refrigerate until firm.
Spread top with sour cream and gently spoon on rest of strawberry mixture; chill until firm.
Serves 12.
