Strawberry Mousse
Strawberry Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. cold water, 2 env. unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. very hot tap water, 1 c. liquid brown sugar and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place cold water and gelatin in blender and let stand five minutes.
Add hot water.
Cover and blend on medium speed about one minute, or until white and foamy.
Add brown sugar and lemon juice to gelatin mixture and blend until throughly combined.
Add cream and eggs.
Gradually add strawberries.
Place in refrigerator until slightly thickened (15 minutes).
Pour into serving dishes and garnish with dollop of whipped cream and whole fresh strawberries.
