Strawberry Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 small pkg. strawberry jello, 1 can chilled evaporated milk and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil pineapple and sugar.
Slowly add package of jello.
Beat evaporated milk and cream cheese until fluffy.
Add to pineapple mixture.
Pour into mold and chill.
