Strawberry Mold
Strawberry Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 3 ripe bananas, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Let set on counter until mixture is consistency of jelly.
Add strawberries, pineapple, and bananas.
Mix thoroughly.
Stir in pecans.
Pour half of gelatin mixture in bowl.
Let stand in refrigerator until firm.
Spread sour cream on gelatin and then remainder of gelatin.
