Strawberry Minute Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pie crust, baked, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin and 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Water over gelatin; stir to dissolve.
Add frozen strawberries; stir until berries break apart. When mixture is partially pie shell.
Chill until set. Serve with whipped cream. Raspberries can be used also.
Use raspberry flavored gelatin and 2 (10 ounce) packages of frozen raspberries.
