Strawberry Mango Ice Cream
Strawberry Mango Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced, 1 1/2 c. mashed fresh strawberries, 2 c. milk, 2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Purée the mango in blender or food processor.
This should make about 1/2 cup mango purée.
Combine the mango with the strawberries and set aside.
Heat the 2 c. milk in the microwave or in a small saucepan.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar and salt.
Gradually stir in the half & half and then add vanilla extract.
Pour into freezer canister and add enough milk to fill. Freeze according to directions given with your freezer.
