Strawberry Lemon Slush
Strawberry Lemon Slush is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. water, 1 c. lemon juice, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. fresh strawberries and red food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put 1 cup water, lemon juice, sugar and 2 cups strawberries in blender; adjust lid.
Blend until strawberries are pureed and sugar is completely dissolved.
In pitcher, combine strawberry mixture with remaining 2 cups water and few drops red food coloring.
Mix well.
Add crushed ice, sliced strawberries and lemon slice floaters to strawberry mixture in pitcher.
Serves 6.
