Strawberry Jello Salad
Strawberry Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box strawberry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 2 pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve Jell-O in water and add all other ingredients except sour cream.
Pour half of mixture in large bowl and let congeal.
Spread sour cream over the Jell-O mixture.
Pour remaining Jell-O mixture over the sour cream and refrigerate until firm.
