Strawberry Jello Salad
Strawberry Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small boxes strawberry jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 small boxes frozen strawberries and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Defrost berries.
Dissolve Jell-O.
Mix all ingredients except sour cream.
Chill 1/2 mixture in pan.
When firm, spread sour cream on top and then pour rest of Jell-O mixture on top and chill.
