Strawberry Jello Mold
Strawberry Jello Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed, 1 lb. can crushed pineapple, drained and 3 medium bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine with water in large pan, stirring until dissolved. Fold in strawberries, pineapple and bananas.
Pour half of mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
Spread sour cream evenly over firm jello mix.
Spoon on remaining jello mixture gently, refrigerate.
