Strawberry Jello Mold
Strawberry Jello Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. strawberry jell-o, 2 bananas, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, 1 large can crushed pineapple and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix drained strawberries juice and water to make 1 cup.
Boil. Dissolve Jell-O.
Mix in mashed bananas, pineapple juice, nuts and strawberries.
Jell slightly.
Pour half of mixture into mold. Spread sour cream.
Pour in other half.
Chill.
