Strawberry Jello Delight
Strawberry Jello Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry jello (small), 2 c. boiling water, 2 small cartons frozen strawberries, 1 large carton sour cream (this is a little too much) and 1 medium can drained, crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix jello and hot water.
Add frozen strawberries, crushed pineapple (drained) and diced bananas. Pour half of mixture in a 9 x 13-inch dish and let set in refrigerator until firm.
Cover with layer of sour cream, then pour the other 1/2 mixture on top of sour cream.
Refrigerate.
Better if made a day ahead.
