Strawberry Jello
Strawberry Jello is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large pkg. strawberry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. cold water, 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add strawberries.
Add cold water.
Place half of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.
Layer the sour cream over the firm Jell-O and refrigerate until set.
Add remaining half of the mixture and refrigerate.
