Put all ingredients in blender as given, except strawberries. Blend at high speed for 10 seconds.
Place mixture into a well-greased 10-inch glass plate.
Drop strawberries on top (do not push down).
Bake for 40 minutes at 350Β° until golden brown. When done, you will have crust on the bottom, custard in the middle and a coconut topping.
Refrigerate. You can substitute different fruit, such as cherries or peaches.
