Strawberry Ice Cream Pie
Strawberry Ice Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. softened butter or margarine, 30 graham crackers, crushed, 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 c. boiling water and 1 pt. strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix crackers and butter; spread evenly on bottom and sides of greased spring-form cake pan or loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes.
Mix gelatin and water.
Cool, then chill until slightly thickened.
Beat cold gelatin until foamy.
Add berries. Continue beating.
Add a spoonful of softened ice cream at a time. Beat until double in volume.
Pour in pan.
Refrigerate 3 hours. Slice and garnish with whipped cream and berries.
