Strawberry Glaze
Strawberry Glaze is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. strawberries, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water, 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 tsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash and hull the strawberries.
Crush enough berries to make 1/2 cup.
Boil the crushed berries, sugar, water and cornstarch 2 minutes, stirring.
Add the butter.
Strain and cool.
Arrange the whole berries over the top of the cheesecake and pour the glaze over the berries.
Chill.
