Strawberry Glace Pie
Strawberry Glace Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch baked pie shell, 6 c. strawberries (divided), 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mash enough strawberries to measure 1 cup.
Mix sugar and cornstarch in 2-quart saucepan.
Stir in water and mashed strawberries gradually.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil and stir 1 minute, cool. Beat cream cheese until smooth; spread on bottom of pie shell. Fill shell with whole strawberries.
Pour cooled strawberry mixture over whole berries.
Refrigerate until set; at least 3 hours.
