Strawberry Gelatin Salad
Strawberry Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, reserve juice, 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained and 3 bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Stir in strawberries and juice.
Add pineapple, bananas and nuts.
Stir until well mixed. Pour half of mixture into a one-quart mold and chill for 20 minutes.
Spread sour cream over chilled mixture and top with remaining jello mixture.
Chill several hours until firm.
