Strawberry Gelatin Salad
Strawberry Gelatin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry-banana flavored gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 2 large ripe bananas, peeled and finely diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add berries, stirring occasionally, until thawed.
Stir in pineapple, bananas and pecan halves.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Chill until firm, about 5 to 6 hours.
Top with sour cream, sugar, ginger and salt. Chill well.
