Strawberry Fudge Balls
Strawberry Fudge Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. strawberry preserves, 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted, 3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs and 1/2 c. finely chopped almonds or walnuts or sifted 10x sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Beat cream cheese at medium speed until creamy.
Add melted chocolate.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in vanilla wafer crumbs and preserves.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in nuts or sugar and chill.
(These will keep up to 2 months in freezer.)
Yield
4 dozen.
May also substitute raspberry preserves.
