Strawberry Freezer Jam
Strawberry Freezer Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed strawberries (about 4 c. sliced berries), 4 c. sugar, 1 (3 fluid oz.) pouch liquid fruit pectin and 2 tbsp. realemon lemon juice concentrate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a large bowl, combine strawberries and sugar; mix well. Let stand 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine pectin and lemon juice; pour over strawberries.
Stir thoroughly for 3 minutes (a few sugar crystals will remain).
Spoon into glass or plastic containers; cover.
Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Store in freezer.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
