Strawberry Flumery
Strawberry Flumery is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 c. milk and 1 egg yolk, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine in a saucepan, 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk (a wire whisk works great).
Cook and stir until it boils and thickens.
Remove from heat.
Stir about a cup of warmed ingredients into the egg yolk in a separate bowl.
Add this mixture back into saucepan with the hot mixture.
Return to stove and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in vanilla and pour into a dish.
Chill.
Serve with strawberries on top.
