Strawberry Fluff Salad
Strawberry Fluff Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple (do not drain), 2 small pkg. strawberry jello (can substitute orange jello, if preferred), 1 (18 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese and 2 (9 oz.) cartons cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat pineapple until hot.
Add jello; beat well and mix (do not boil).
Remove from heat; let cool to room temperature.
Add cottage cheese; mix well.
Refrigerate until soft gelled, then fold in Cool Whip so that mixture is slightly thawed when folded in well.
Spoon into clear bowl (should look mounded). Refrigerate.
