Strawberry Flapjack Stack
Strawberry Flapjack Stack is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (plus ingredients to prepare mix), 1 qt. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced, 1 c. caramel or butterscotch ice cream topping and 1 (16 oz.) vanilla frosting, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Grease bottoms of 4 (9-inch) round cake pans.
Prepare cake according to package directions.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Place 1 cake layer on a serving plate and frost top only with frosting swirls resembling whipped butter.
Add a layer of strawberries.
Repeat next 2 layers.
Top stack with remaining layer.
Pile frosting in center and add strawberries.
Drizzle warm caramel topping over the top to resemble syrup.
