Strawberry Delight Salad
Strawberry Delight Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 c. strawberries, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 c. boiling water and 1/2 lb. marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Sprinkle sugar over berries.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain berries, reserving juices.
Add enough water to make 1 cup.
Add to gelatin and chill until partially set.
Combine marshmallows and milk.
Heat in top of double boiler and stir until marshmallows melt.
Cool thoroughly and fold in whipping cream.
Add berries to gelatin and fold in marshmallow mixture.
Pour into a 1 qt. mold and chill until set.
