Strawberry Delight
Strawberry Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 or 10 oz. cool whip, 2 sticks margarine, 1 egg, 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 2 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Blend cracker crumbs with 1 stick of melted margarine.
Beat egg, cream cheese, sugar and 1 stick of margarine.
Using an 8 x 12 x 2-inch glass baking dish, layer the cracker crumbs, cream cheese mixture, pineapple, strawberries, Cool Whip and nuts.
Chill 10 to 12 hours before serving.
