Strawberry Delight
Strawberry Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. pecans, chopped and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients in an 8-inch square pan.
Stir well.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°, stirring occasionally.
Let cool.
Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and egg whites. Beat at high speed about 8 to 10 minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip. Press 2/3 of brown sugar mixture in a 9-inch pan and pour in strawberry mixture.
Put remaining crumbs on top and freeze until firm.
