Tear angel food cake and add 1/3 Cool Whip. Press in pan.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and rest of Cool Whip.
Pour over cake. Place strawberries on top. Squeeze 2 packages gel over strawberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
