Strawberry Delight
Strawberry Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 pinch salt and 10-inch angel food cake, torn into pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Stir in thawed strawberries, sugar and salt.
Cool until the mixture begins to thicken.
Fold in "whipped" cream.
Cover bottom of Pyrex with torn cake.
Spoon half of strawberry and cream mixture over cake. Alternate layers.
Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours.
Cut in squares.
